# Hey there!

Hello, my name is Sneha Sridharan, and I work as a user assistance developer. My primary focus is to translate technical information into user-friendly, easy-to-understand help content. I strongly believe that technical writing is more about assisting people, including those who are stressed, have limited experiences, or may have insufficient context, to accomplish their goals without roadblocks.

I built this portfolio to give you a brief overview of what I do as a technical writer and how we can collaborate.

I currently work as a User Assistance Developer at [Oracle Corporation](https://www.oracle.com/). I build and maintain technical documents for both users and developers. My favorite element of my job is having the bandwidth to learn new things about technical writing and developer relations on a daily basis, as well as going through the nuances of curating well-organized, transparent documentation.

The portfolio has writing samples that include the following types of software documentation:

* User guides, tutorials, and videos
* Developer-focussed documentation for APIs and SDKs.
* Product updates / release notes page
* Product updates to the user and developer communities
* Newsletters

Explore more about each of it from the tabs to your left.
